Full Service

Included in contract:

• Provide for a specific number of Preventative Maintenance visits by trained Spectrum Plus Service Engineers.
• All emergency service as required to maintain the instrument in normal working operation
• Guaranteed response time
• All labor, travel, and living expense of the field service engineer
• All parts necessary to maintain the instrument in normal working condition

Limited Full Service

Included in contract:

• Provide for a specific number of Preventative Maintenance visits by trained Spectrum Plus Service Engineers.
• All emergency service as required to maintain the instrument in normal working operation
• Guaranteed response time
• All labor, travel, and living expense of the field service engineer

* Same as Full Service excluding all major parts.

Preventative Maintenance

Included in contract:

• Provide for a specific number of Preventative Maintenance visits by trained Spectrum Plus Service Engineers with in a specific time period.
• All labor, travel, and living expense of the field service engineer
• 20% labor discounts on any corrective maintenance work required or emergency service needed in addition to the scheduled Preventative Maintenance visit(s) during the contract period
