To achieve the highest level of bead quality demands precision engineering and a discipline approach to design. Every feature designed and built into the Phoenix is there to either enhance the quality of the samples or its productivity.

	Thermal Temperature Cut Outs for power, gas, and oxygen shutdown if temperatures exceed pre-set levels
	Pressure Sensors to monitor oxygen and air supplies
	Pour Cycle Interlocks to prevent pouring until the molds are in position
	Teflon Hose is used for all gas and oxygen lines.
