Services

Service Contracts are available from Spectrum Plus. We offer a variety of Preventative Maintenance Service options. We'll provide a quotation at your request. Spectrum Plus designs these contracts to specifically meet your individual needs. We can provide service contracts for your Phoenix Fusion Machine, ICP, OE, or X-Ray instrument, along with Leco Analyzers and other related analytical instruments. Listed below are some of our typical service agreements.

Full Service

	Provides for a specific number of Preventative Maintenance visits by trained Spectrum Plus Service Engineers to ensure the excellent performance of the instrument system.
	All Emergency Service as required to maintain the instrument in normal working operation.
	Guaranteed response time.
	All Labor, Travel and Living Expenses of a Field Service Engineer.
	All Parts necessary to maintain the instrument in normal working condition.

Limited Full Service

Same as above excluding all major parts.

Preventative Maintenance

Provides for a specific number of Preventative Maintenance visits within a certain time period.

All Labor, Travel and Living Expenses of a Field Service Engineer.

20% Labor discounts on any corrective maintenance work required or emergency service needed, separate from the scheduled Preventative Maintenance visit(s), during the contract period.
