Service Contracts
Never be left in the dark again with one of the many service contracts Spectrum Plus offers! We provide a variety of service and preventative maintenance options specifically designed to suit your individual needs. Our typical service agreements include:
Full Service:
1. Provide for a specific number of Preventative Maintenance visits by trained Spectrum Plus Service Engineers
2. All emergency service as required to maintain the instrument in normal working operation
Guaranteed response time
3. All labor, travel, and living expense of the field service engineer
4. All parts necessary to maintain the instrument in normal working condition
Limited Service:
1. Provide for a specific number of Preventative Maintenance visits by trained Spectrum Plus Service Engineer
2. Guaranteed response time
3. All labor, travel, and living expense of the field service engineer
4. Same as Full Service excluding all major parts.
Preventative Maintenance:
1. Provide for a specific number of Preventative Maintenance visits by trained Spectrum Plus Service Engineers with in a specific time period
2. All labor, travel, and living expense of the field service engineer
3. 20% labor discounts on any corrective maintenance work required or emergency service needed in addition to the scheduled Preventative Maintenance visit(s) during the contract period
